Objectives

1. To determine the relationship between anti-CSP antibody titres pre- and post the first seasonal booster dose of RTS,S or R21M and the time interval between booster and the final primary dose in children in districts implementing seasonal boosting through routine EPI clinics.
2. To study serological responses against a panel of other pre-erythrocytic, blood-stage and sexual-stage P. falciparum antigens over time, at the end of the transmission season in year 2 and year 3.
3. To model the relationship between anti-CSP antibody titres and R21M booster coverage at the population level in a routine EPI setting in Mali.
